About RenoTennis.org

A free, independent community guide to tennis in Reno and Sparks, Nevada.

Our Mission

RenoTennis.org exists to make tennis more accessible in the Biggest Little City. We are a group of local players and enthusiasts who believe that finding a court, joining a league, or getting your child started in tennis should never require insider knowledge or paid memberships.

Everything on this site is free, community-driven, and built with one goal: to help more people in Reno and Sparks pick up a racquet and fall in love with the game.

What We Cover

  • Public tennis courts across Reno and Sparks — mapped, described, and updated regularly
  • Guides for beginners, juniors, competitive players, and everyone in between
  • USTA leagues, flex leagues, and local competitive formats explained clearly
  • Upcoming tournaments and community events in Northern Nevada
  • Local tips on altitude, weather, and playing conditions unique to Reno

How We Work

Our content is researched using local sources, official city and county data, USTA records, and direct community knowledge. When we are not certain about a fact, we say so. When we find errors, we correct them. This site is a living resource — not a one-time publication.

We are not affiliated with any club, facility, or commercial tennis organization. Our only commercial relationship is a transparent partnership with TennisNation.com, which operates the Reno Tennis Center and supports this guide as a community resource.

Get Involved

This guide gets better when the community contributes. If you know of a court, event, or resource we have missed, or if you spot an error in our content, we want to hear from you.
